According to Adweek Facebook & General Motors again started discussion, GM global marketing head Joel Ewanick and Carolyn Everson head of global marketing Facebook.
They both met in France during Cannes Lions festival, which indicates automaker may interested again in online advertising on social media gun like Facebook.
Previously GM spent ten million dollar on advertising and they discontinued their contract telling that the whole advertising was waste. After long conversation about the value of social media & may have given to Facebook’s stock stumbling soon after going public.
Now both Facebook and GM are not commenting on their contract whether they have reopen ads account.
