In the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show KIA Motors America unveiled the new model Kia K900 amidst a huge crowd of media representatives from across the globe, this rear-drive sedan was the heart of the show. The outstanding design, broad list of customary equipment, and superior space will give a different meaning for the new 2015 Kia K900, this luxury sedan with full-size rear drive has challenged other competitors and has raised a bar for the Kia brand.
2015 will mark the 20th anniversary of Kia Motors in the U.S market, Kia K900 is a sign of the bold and challenging spirit that has brought the brand to this level and has ruled the automobile industry for almost two decades for its maturation and expansion, these words were said by Michael Sprague KMA’s executive vice president marketing and communications.
The sharp rise of Kia over the last 5 years has been energized by an eagerness to brave the status quotient with cars like Sorento, Cadenza, and Optima. These models have raised the expectations of the customers and equally added value to the profile of the brand and have pulled them noticeably to the showrooms yet maintaining the brand with significant intention. K900 is the next reasonable sequence for Kia. The capability of Kia is demonstrated and redefined by the models created by the Kia brand.
Kia K900 offers a list of customary tools that feature modern technology, world-class space, V6/ V8 engine. The fleet with outfitted V8 along with VIP wrap-up will attach extra luxury features inclusive of lie-back rear seats. Premium K900 V6 with existing luxury and expertise package will be launched this year. The prices of the Kia K900 will be disclosed closer to the launch which will be on sale in the 2014 first quarter.
The engines fitted are familiar with Tau 5.0-liter V8 and 3.8-liter V6 shared by both Korean automakers. Kia is offering for the first time 8 cylinders making it fairly produce horsepower of 420, meanwhile, 3.8-liter V6 produces 311 hp. Both the engines together give out an eight-speed automatic program.
Kia K900 will be available to its customers at a starting price of $60,000.
