The upcoming 2013 ILX is a brand new compact sedan designed from Acura Motors. It is being developed targeting the generation Y customers, who are looking forward to obtain high-value offers in their acquisitions.

Its base version comes with a 4 cylinder 2.0-lte engine, which is able to supply 150-hp @ 6,500-rpm & 140 lb-feet of torque @ 4,300 revolutions per minute.
The engine will be mated with a sequential sport-shift five-speed automatic transmission gear box. Expected fuel estimation of the new vehicle in city streets is around 24-mpg and on the highways 32 mpg.
Those who are looking for energetic riding experience, ILX can be available with 2.4 litre engine and maximum output power is 201-hpr @ 7,000 RPM & 170 lb-feet of torque @ 4,300 RPM. Expected EPA estimations with this engine, it can deliver in city premises 20 and on highway 29 mpg.
First Hybrid model will be marketed with inline 1.5-ltr and will be mated with CVT, expected EPA estimation in city 35mpg, and 38 mpg on the highway. All ILX models will have plenty of standard features with a multiple variants: technology and premium package and also including exceptional safety features.
Acura is hoping that the new ILX will receive topmost ratings from IIHS and NHTSA.
New 2013 ILX will be developed by using worldwide and United States sourced parts, entirely company claims that art of the Indiana plant, Greensburg, only 3 plants are there to take delivery of J.D.
